Opening Doors Through Research

The photo above includes Drs. Palka, McGuire and Siegel, three of our top researchers with the Center for Psychiatric Research. Maine Behavioral Healthcare is proud to participate in research that will help improve the lives of those living with mental illness and developmental disorders.

CPR members are doing research on a wide variety of psychiatric disorders and behavioral traits. While the Center has a long tradition of conducting groundbreaking psychosocial research, the focus has recently expanded to encompass a more biological orientation to our clinical research.
