SMH Run for Wellness 5K

On Sunday, June 2, 2019, SMH will be holding their seventh annual SMH Run for Wellness 5K.  If you are an experienced competitor or if you are interested in participating in your first race, we invite you to walk or run with us on June 2, in the SMH Run for Wellness 5K!  This is a great family event and all levels of ability welcome! Come and walk or run with us, for the health of it!

 

Registration opens at 7:30 am and closes at 8:45 am. The SMH Run for Wellness 5K will start at 9:00 am.  The race will start and finish in front of the Ripley Medical Office Building at 193 Main Street in Norway.  The entry fee is $15.00 per person, if registered prior to race day.  Race day registration will be $20.00 per person.  Prizes will be awarded to the top three male and top three female finishers in the 5K. Certificates will be presented at the end of the race for the top male and female runners in each age category.

 

SMH will also be having a Kids Fun Run prior to the 5K race.  Kids ages 12 and under are invited to participate at no cost!  Everyone is a winner in the Kids Fun Run and the purpose of this race is to get out and get active!  The Fun Run is approximately one mile and will begin at 8:15 am (race day registration only).
