Western Maine Health offers a wide range of health education opportunities and support groups that are led by expert physicians and health providers from our hospital and from hospitals in the MaineHealth system who have first-hand knowledge of the latest information. It’s one more way that Western Maine Health is striving to improve the health and well-being of the community.

With rural services for expectant mothers in Maine at a critical juncture, the administrator of the federal Health Resources and Services Administration will speak, along with state officials and health care providers at a press conference set for 1:15 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 29.
