Wound Care and Ostomy Care Center

Southern Maine Health Care serves a diverse community of patients with wound and ostomy care needs at its Biddeford and Sanford clinics. Our experienced team of specially trained caregivers provide individualized treatment to facilitate healing.

Wound Care

We treat a variety of non-healing wounds and ulcers including traumatic, diabetic, venous, vascular, pressure and surgical. Our team uses a comprehensive and innovative approach to wound care; offering many therapeutic options to help heal wounds quickly.

Ostomy Care

SMHC's certified ostomy nurses assess and educate patients about treatment options. We can help with diet modifications, product selection, and are here to help with any other concerns you have with your ostomy.

Our Care Team

Our care team includes Physician's Assistant Zorica Bajic, and a team of registered nurses, certified nurses and nurses aides dedicated to meeting the unique needs of our patients.
