As a social worker, I strive to empower individuals to improve the quality of their lives by facilitating skill development. During my years of clinical experience, I acquired skills in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Seeking Safety Modality. I am a compassionate, dedicated, professional who aspires to serve individuals to develop healthier and happier lives. I have a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Simmons College and a BA in Psychology from the University of Maine. Gardening and spending time with family and friends at the lake and beach are my favorite activities.
