BACON is Brief ACO News for providers participating in the MaineHealth Accountable Care Organization. In under 15 minutes, hosts Dr. Mike Clark and Dr. Julie Grosvenor deliver timely news, celebrate provider successes, interview fascinating colleagues and more. BACON is a convenient and engaging podcast for busy providers who want to stay informed and connected but don’t have time for emails and newsletters.

Mike Clark, MD is a family physician in private practice in Newcastle, Maine. He is a participant in the MaineHealth ACO and serves as a liaison between the ACO and providers. Born and raised in Maine, Mike received his medical degree in 1993 from Loma Linda University in southern California, and residency training in Family Medicine at Middlesex Hospital, Middletown, Connecticut. He was awarded board certification by the American Board of Family Medicine in 1997.

Julie Grosvenor, MD, is an orthopedic surgeon and the associate medical director at Southern Maine Health Care in Biddeford, Maine. She is a participant in the MaineHealth ACO and serves as a liaison between the ACO and providers. Julie received her medical degree from Washington University in St. Louis School of Medicine in 1999 and completed her orthopedic surgery residency at George Washington University Medical Center in 2004. She was board certified in orthopedic surgery in 2008.
