Support groups provide a comfortable and safe environment where you can share your feelings and thoughts on a particular life experience. Memorial Hospital and other community health care facilities sponsor a variety of support groups.

Breastfeeding and Childbirth

Learn more about breastfeeding and childbirth classes and support groups.

Caregivers of those with Alzheimer's or Related Disorders

This support group offers education, support and coping skills for caregivers. Care is available for the family member while the caregiver attends the meeting. Please call to arrange this service in advance. Meets every Tuesday, 1:30 -3 pm at the Mount Washington Valley Adult Day Center. Learn more.

Diabetes Support Group

For people living with diabetes and their support people. An opportunity for education and discussion with other people who have diabetes or are experiencing it in their family. For more information, call 603-356-0796.

Journey of Hope - Cancer Support Group

Whether you have been through cancer, or are going through it now, this group provides information, education and encouragement. Meetings are facilitated by an oncology certified nurse and social services providers the first Tuesday of every month from 7 pm - 8:30 pm in the Memorial Hospital Sun Room.

Loss & Recovery Support Group

Group support during your recovery from the loss of a loved one can significantly enhance your quality of life. We invite you to join us. Group meetings are held in the LaRoche Great Room at VNHCH, 1529 White Mtn. Hwy, North Conway. For more information, call 603-356-7006 or 800-499-4171.
