Strategic Plan

MaineHealth Care at Home is part of the MaineHealth family, a not-for-profit integrated health system dedicated to a vision of working together so our communities are the healthiest in America. In 2019, a system Strategic Planning Committee composed of community volunteers and leaders from across MaineHealth developed the system-level strategic plan that outlines key priorities common to all our communities.

The MaineHealth Strategic Plan 2020 - 2022 sets our course over the next three years and articulates a shared mission and vision, as the system and its local health systems work together toward common goals. It explains our organization’s strategic priorities and offers direction for on-going planning, helping to guide critical decisions regarding resource allocation, including both capital and human resources, as well as how we navigate the opportunities and challenges ahead.

Using the MaineHealth Strategic Plan as a guide, MaineHealth Care at Home will engage in a local strategic planning process beginning in the fall of 2019 with completion anticipated for the spring/summer of 2020. Activation of the MaineHealth Care at Home strategic plan will span the fiscal years 2021-2023.
