Maine Medical Partners provides quality, compassionate care at all stages of life. Our Geriatric Medicine group works with the older members of our community, and helps connect locations where they may need care.

The Geriatric Medicine physicians, physician assistants and nurse practitioners offer ongoing, primary care at Portland-area nursing homes, assisted living communities and the New England Rehabilitation Hospital of Portland. Having our staff in these locations makes it easier for patients who move from the hospital to a skilled nursing facility and hopefully back home. We help fill the gaps that can happen during these moves.
