The Mt. Blue Health Center is located at 131 Franklin Health Commons, on the Franklin Memorial Hospital campus. It is home to Franklin Health Primary Care, the Occupational Health Department, Maine Behavioral Healthcare Farmington, Community Dental's Farmington location, and the Nordica conference room.
