A Message From Andy

When the Kronos incident began, CEO Andy Mueller shared a video message for employees on 12/15/21.

Kronos Incident Support Site

(1/13/22) We have recovered access to the Kronos application and have finalized our data validation. Therefore, we are prepared to shift back to Kronos at 12:01 a.m. on Sunday, January 16, and revert to our “standard” timekeeping process. Please read the following steps you must take to ensure you get paid for hours worked:

  • Complete, sign and submit to your manager a manual time card for the current pay period ending January 15th.
  • If you begin your shift on Saturday January 15th, report all time worked on the manual time card that will be submitted for that week.
  • Beginning with your first shift on Sunday, January 16th or later, time will be paid from the Kronos system. Please be sure to continue punching/swiping at the clock or on your PC.

Thanks to your cooperation and the efforts of countless volunteers from the shared services teams across our health system, we have been able to process payroll as scheduled throughout this Kronos outage. We look forward to full restoration of Kronos on Sunday, January 16th at 12:01 a.m. We will make final adjustments to the payroll for week ending 12/11/21 in February, and will communicate applicable updates to impacted team members/managers at that time.
