As a family nurse practitioner in the outpatient Acute Care Surgery Clinic, I strive to get patients actively involved in their recovery. I believe when patients understand their care plan it leads to the best outcomes. Whether they’ve experienced an injury from a car collision or an emergent appendix removal, I enjoy being a guide in the recovery journey. In my time away from work, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my husband and two young children.
