Christina T Holt, MD

I have been a full-spectrum family physician in Maine for over 20 years, and I love being able to participate in the healthy lives and growing families of our patients. Growing up in rural Maine, I have an appreciation for the ingenuity of our people making things work, and I developed an interest in primary care research to understand what the best care is and how we develop systems to help people get their health needs met more effectively. I have enjoyed working in MMC’s Family Medicine Residency program since 2005, since I love to participate in teaching our next generation of family doctors, students of nursing, medical assistants, pharmacology and public health. I enjoy patients of all ages, and value the varied backgrounds of our patients. It is a pleasure to be a part of helping my patients grow, build their families, develop new healthy habits and recover from inevitable health challenges.
