The MaineHealth ACO was featured in MaineHealth's 2017 Annual HealthIndex Report - a trusted barometer of progress on seven high-priority population health issues that impact the health status of people and communities across the state of Maine. The ACO took action to address two high-priority population health issues - cancer and cardiovascular health.
