MaineHealth ACO Awarded Harvard Pilgrim Grant to Support ED Utilization Reduction Effort

The MaineHealth ACO has been awarded a 2018 Harvard Pilgrim Health Care Quality Grant that will provide $53,000 over one year to support our ED utilization reduction goal which is one of our ACO priority goals for 2018. This is an exciting opportunity for our organization to lead an innovative project that transforms care delivery, improves care transitions and results in high-value care for the patients we serve.
