Geriatrics - Mary Carol's Story

Mary Carol was in a nursing home for two years for rehabilitation after a medical emergency left her unable to live at home. She didn't think she would ever get to go home. A Maine Medical Partners — Geriatric Medicine physician took over her care, creating a comprehensive personal plan for Mary Carol who eventually was strong enough to return home. Back in her own home with her husband of more than 50 years, Mary Carol continues her care with MMP Geriatric Medicine—a relationship she has grown to trust for quality care whether in the hospital, skilled care facilities or outpatient practices.
