Licensed for Community-based Services

Maine Behavioral Healthcare is licensed and accredited in Maine to provide an array of services offered to adults, adolescents and children challenged with mental health, developmental disorders, co-occurring and/or substance abuse issues. Our services include outpatient treatment, medication management, residential treatment, supported living, integrated care, psychosocial rehabilitation, intensive outpatient treatment, case management, and behavioral health home, among others.

Behavioral Health Accreditation for Hospital-based Services

We have hospital contracts with Southern Maine Health Care inpatient, Pen Bay Medical Center inpatient, Maine Medical Center outpatient psychiatry and the Maine Medical Center inpatient P6 Unit. These programs are all managed by Maine Behavioral Healthcare and accredited by the joint commission under the hospital contracts.

Spring Harbor Hospital is also accredited by the joint commission.
