Maine SNAP-Ed & Food Supplement Program
Provides assistance to help low income households buy the food they need for good health. Also offers education to help community members shop, cook, and eat healthy on a budget.

For pregnant women, new moms, and children up to age 5. WIC provides health and nutrition information, breastfeeding support, and checks to purchase healthy foods. Benefits are based on income.
