For years, Let’s Go! has worked with employers, including many of Maine’s community hospitals, to reach parents and reinforce the 5-2-1-0 message. Employers are encouraging staff to stand for 3 minutes after sitting for 60 minutes and they’re offering fresh fruit instead of donuts in the breakroom.

With the introduction of Small Steps, a program focused on healthy adults, we have even more simple, yet powerful, changes to help employers increase staff wellness.

Worksites can now partner with Let’s Go! to create a healthy work place. If you’re interested in creating a healthier worksite contact us. We’ll introduce you to the Small Steps program, and you’ll learn how to hold healthy meetings, celebrate a job well done using something other than food, and help staff be more active during the day while still getting their work done.
