To access the Conversa screener tool, text the word "screener" to 47225 or visit mainehealth.org/screener.
- All care team members should self-monitor to ensure they are safe to be at work before entering a MaineHealth facility.
- Daily Conversa screening is still required if you work at a MaineHealth long-term care, assisted living or nursing facility.
- Please complete the Conversa screener prior to coming to work if you have:
- COVID symptoms
- Recently tested positive for COVID
- Recently been exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID
- Recently traveled outside the U.S.
- Learn how to save the screener to your mobile device for easy access.
- The screener link is now the same for all care team members and non-employees (students, volunteers, contractors, travelers or independent providers).
- However, you may be asked different questions based on your employment or vaccine booster status.
- If PCR testing is recommended, the screener tool will direct you to employee testing instructions.
