SMH Mediterranean Grilling

NORWAY, ME -  The Employee Health and Wellness Improvement Committee at Stephens Memorial Hospital recently held an employee lunch and learn on healthy grilling, Mediterranean style.

The lunch and learn was open to all employees to show how easy and delicious healthy grilling options can be!  Chef Rebecca Lyons, Director of Dietary at Market Square Health Care Center prepared a healthy meal which included Flat Bread, Polenta, Egg Plant for Babba Ganoush and an assortment of vegetables on the grill.  Rebecca showed how to prepare the meal with all fresh ingredients from start to finish and then the group was able to enjoy the delicious Mediterranean style food!
