Yogalates - Blends the Best of Yoga and Pilates
Join Louisa Abarno, Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer, for this six-week program which combines Yoga and Pilates to increase strength and flexibility. Wear loose comfortable clothing. Bring water and a Yoga mat (if you have one).
The class will be held Mondays, beginning January 25th thru March 1st 5:45 - 6:45 p.m. Cost is
$55/person and the class will be in the Culinary Arts Room Oxford Hills Comprehensive High School.
