Performance Improvement at SMH Adds
Maine Health Vice President of Performance Improvement,
Kathy Bonney, RN, MSN, was pleased to announce that her
department has recently hired Christine Hayden, LPN,
BSCH, as Health Educator for the new MaineHealth
Learning Resource Center (LRC) at Stephens Memorial
LRC kicks off its opening in January of 2009 and will be
offering a variety of health education courses to the

health educator. Prior to joining SMH she worked
for the City of Portland in Health Promotions and has
been working as a consultant for several years,
educating the community on topics from skin cancer to
colon cancer, working with the Maine Breast and Cervical
Cancer Center and the Maine Cancer Consortium.
