Market Square Health Care Center Awarded  "Excellence in Action" by My InnerView

Norway, ME - Western Maine Health President and CEO Timothy A. Churchill has announced that Market Square Health Care Center has been awarded an Excellence in Action award by My InnerView.  This honor recognizes commitment to continuous quality improvement, demonstrated excellence and making quality a priority to serve customer needs.

The Excellence in Action honors nursing homes achieving high levels of excellence in facility quality and in resident and patient satisfaction.  Market Square Health Care Center achieved a level within the top 10% of My InnerView's database this year to reach this accomplishment.

My InnerView represents a collective of data from surveys given to residents of nursing care facilities, their family members, and employees.  My InnerView supports leaders in long term care with benchmarking so that they can strive to be the best in the industry in patient care.

Market Square uses My InnerView because they are the largest, and best, agency that specializes in satisfaction surveys specifically for Long-term care.  They use their collective data for studies that enhance elder care, and present seminars, and publish articles.  Maine Health Care Association has contracted with them for all member facilities.

Philip Dubois, Administrator for Market Square states, "My InnerView contracts with thousands of nursing homes across the country.  To be recognized for having satisfaction scores among the highest in America is an honor.  This is a tribute to the dedicated care that our staff provides to our residents on a consistent, daily basis."
