Passes Certified Emergency

Services, M. Patricia Cook, RN, MBA, EdD, announced
recently that Stephens Memorial Hospital (SMH)
Registered Nurse Kevin Hodson has passed his Certified
Emergency Nurse (CEN ®) exam.
has been a nurse since 1994 and part of the Emergency
Department team at Stephens Memorial Hospital for ten
years. In addition to completing the CEN exam, Kevin has
also achieved a Nursing Advancement Level III status at
SMH. This recognizes his excellence in nursing and level
of clinical skills. This recognizes consistently
high standards of caring, clinical expertise,
professional behavior, leadership, communication skills
and exceptional attention to patient safety.
