NORWAY, ME -Market Square
Health Care Center recently received their latest in
what is now a growing list of quality accolades.
The facility received notice that they met the
requirements for the Maine Health Care Associations new
Quality Improvement Certification.

activity with the QIO, conducting employee and resident
satisfaction surveys, and low turnover rates are
evidence of such a commitment." The MHCA Quality
Improvement Certification is open to both assisted
living and nursing facility/skilled nursing facility
(NF/SNF) and recognizes facilities with formalized
quality improvement efforts as a part of the Advancing
Excellence in America's Nursing Home Campaign and helps
support them in their ongoing efforts toward
Square Administrator, Philip Dubois says of the
