Yoga for All Levels
Many people think that yoga is just stretching. But while stretching is certainly involved, yoga is really about creating balance in the body through developing both strength and flexibility. Yoga is a physical discipline that focuses on developing control of the mind and body through postures and breathing. Join Kelly Bruneau, certified yoga instructor, for this 4 week series that will strengthen, stretch and energize you. Modification of postures will be given when needed, making this class suitable for all levels. Please bring a yoga mat, water, and towel. Wear comfortable clothing.
