Diagnostic Imaging

CT Scans
Our GE Helical Computerized Axial Tomography/Computed Tomography (CAT or CT) scanner allows radiologists and other specialists to use high quality images of the human body to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases, illnesses and injuries including:

  • Cancers
  • Brain tissue abnormality
  • Lung disease
  • Heart conditions
  • Spinal deviations
  • Kidney irregularity
  • Bone fractures or deformities

A U.S. Department of Agriculture grant of $150,000 to expand the use of telemedicine at LincolnHealth - St. Andrews Campus has enabled our staff to electronically send CT and other diagnostic images for instant analysis by additional consulting professionals.

LincolnHealth - St. Andrews Campus offers diagnostic mammogram services and routine screenings for early detection and protection against breast cancer and other breast abnormalities. The diagnostic x-ray procedure produces well-defined images that allow the specialized care team to detect lumps too small to be felt by the physician or by patients themselves. St. Andrews' mammography suite is newly designed with your comfort and care in mind with warm, welcoming furnishings, soft lighting and a caring, compassionate staff.

High-Definition Ultrasounds
Ultrasound services provide diagnostic images for assessing thoracic, abdominal, gynecological, obstetric, vascular and cardiovascular systems. Ultrasounds are used to help confirm normal pregnancies, rule out abnormalities, examine the gall bladder and check for deep vein thrombosis.
