WOW! Rewards Health Screening

This year’s screening is quick and easy - just height, weight and blood pressure for you and your covered spouse or partner. There are two ways to complete the health screening requirement. You can go to a NorDx lab or designated site OR visit your primary care provider (PCP).

Option 1: Screen at a NorDx lab or designated site

Due to the high volume at our screening locations, we recommend scheduling your appointment in advance. Please be aware that individuals with scheduled appointment times will be seen before those who attend as walk-ins. Spend less time waiting in line by booking an appointment!

To complete your health screening, please choose one of the following options:

Please select the region from the list below that is closest to where you live or work most of the time:

You do not need to create an account on the SignUp Genius site. Leave the box that says "Create an account" unchecked when registering for your appointment. To reschedule or cancel your appointment, please call the HR Solution Center at 661-4000.

Check out the master calendar for site addresses and hours of operation. Walk-ins will be seen on a first come, first serve basis. Please allow extra time if you did not schedule an appointment in advance.

Option 2: Screen with your PCP

You may choose to complete your Health Screening by visiting your primary care provider (PCP). If you visit your PCP between January 1, 2016, and August 31, 2016, you can ask him or her to send your height, weight and blood pressure information directly to NorDx using the Provider Screening Form.

About your screening appointment

Each screening appointment takes approximately 15 minutes. You may arrive anytime during your scheduled block of time; however, it may take longer than 15 minutes depending on how many people arrive before you. You do not need to fast for this appointment.

If you have questions about the online scheduling tool, please contact the HR Solution Center.

Tips for an accurate screening:

  • Avoid caffeine, cigarettes and exercise for at least 30 minutes prior to the test.
  • Rest for 5 minutes before the reading.
  • Put your feet flat on the floor.
  • Uncross your legs.
  • Keep the cuff at heart level.
  • Remain quiet during the test. Talking can make your blood pressure to go up.
