What is an RD or RDN?

Registered Dietitians (RD) and Registered Dietitian Nutritionists (RDN) are the food and nutrition experts who can explain nutrition and help you with practical solutions for healthy living. They will use their nutrition expertise to help you make healthy lifestyle changes. Visits with a RD/RDN are individual sessions.

Who would benefit from an RD or RDN?

This option is recommended for employees who want an individual approach to healthy eating. This option focuses on long-term success and considers your lifestyle, health needs and preferences.

How to schedule an appointment

Click here for a list of RDs/RDNs in your community. Once you choose someone, you can call them directly to schedule your first visit. A referral from your PCP may be required. To receive your WOW! Rewards, you must complete three visits before December 31, 2015.
