I believe that every person is the main character in their own health journey. I hope to highlight prevention and self-advocacy with all of my patients while building a solid foundation in their health plans. My goal is to work one-on-one with my patients to help design and create the best treatment plan that coincides with their lifestyle and life choices. I love building relationships with my patients and with the community I work in. Southern Maine has been my home for over 20 years, and I am excited to continue to serve this community.
