2016 Community Health Needs Assessment

Report on the Health Status of Cumberland county Communities

In support of the MaineHealth vision of “working together so our communities are the healthiest in America,’’ Spring Harbor Hospital, a division of Maine Behavioral Healthcare is an active partner in the statewide Shared Health Needs Assessment and Planning Program, a collaboration between Central Maine Healthcare, Eastern Maine Healthcare Systems, MaineGeneral Health, MaineHealth and the Maine Center for Disease Control and Prevention.  View details here.”

The 2016 Community Health Needs Assessment has:

  • Data on the health status of Cumberland County
  • Three-year action plan by Maine Behavioral Healthcare for making improvements

The report is available to all local organizations and community members to help coordinate community health improvement and address needs.
