Quills Up - Stay Away!
A poison awareness program featuring Spike, the porcupine puppet. The program is appropriate for children in preschool to first grade and makes it easy and fun to teach this imporant topic. Quills Up includes the DVD Spike's Poison Prevention Adventure as well as classroom activities and educational materials for parents/caregivers.
Every March, the Northern New England Poison Centers offers schools free Spike Education Kits, which include the Quills Up program with student take-home packets and additional classroom activities.
