The Radiation Therapy Department boasts
someof the most advanced treatment systems
such as two Varian 2100-C linear accelerators with
multileaf blocking, one Siemens Primus linear accelerator
with multileaf blocking and autosequencing, and one
Varian Ximatron treatment simulator. Optimal combinations
of therapy are achieved by the accelerator's capability
to deliver both high and low energy radiation and also
electron treatment. The Ximatron simulator offers
the latest in electronic treatment planning and treatment
system integration. All our accelerators communicate
to an electronic record and verify system which ensures
accurate and efficient quality care.
