Services for Students

STUDENTS ON ROTATION AT MAINE MEDICAL CENTER

While you are on clinical rotation at Maine Medical Center, the Library provides access to services including borrowing privileges, interlibrary loans, searches done for you by the library staff, and use of the library computers for your own medical searching. 

A self-service photocopier is available for copying library materials. 

OTHER STUDENTS

The libraries at your school or academic institution are your source for initial research and specialized services, such as interlibrary loans. 

If the items you need are not available at your own academic institution’s library, please call the Library Information Desk at 662-2202 to check on their availability here. If available, you are welcome to come to the Library during staffed hours to photocopy the item you need. Staffed hours are:

Monday through Friday 7:30 am to 5:30 pm.

Self-service photocopying of library materials is available for a fee.

MMC Library materials may not be borrowed.
