Directions

From 1-295 Northbound and Southbound
• Take Exit 10, Bucknam Road in Falmouth.
• Turn left on Bucknam Road.
• The Falmouth Family Health Center will be on your left before the traffic light at Route 1.

From Route 1 Northbound
• At the intersection of Route 1 and Bucknam Road in front of the Falmouth Shopping Plaza, turn   left at the traffic light onto Bucknam Road.
• The Falmouth Family Health Center will be on your right before the entrance ramps to I-295.

From Route 1 Southbound
• At the intersection of Route 1 and Bucknam Road in front of the Falmouth Shopping Plaza, turn
  right at the traffic light onto Bucknam Road.
• The Falmouth Family Health Center will be on your right before the entrance ramps to I-295.
