She provided an overview of National health care expenditures and outlined the challenges health care systems, primary care and specialists face making transformation happen. She includes multiple examples of existing successful pilots and programs and offers encouragement to organizations improving communication and coordination.

This webinar provides an overview and basic tutorial on using the Interactive Survey System (ISS). The ISS is an online self-assessment survey tool you'll use to apply for NCQA recognition, and it allows for uploading and sendin files, documents and material to NCQA along with the application. It will also revisit the record review workbook (originally covered in webinar 6), with an explination of how it is used in concert with the ISS system.
