MaineHealth, Maine PHO and Synernet Consolidate Operations
to Increase Efficiency and Save Money on Office Space
(Portland, ME) November 17, 2010 - MaineHealth, the state's largest integrated healthcare delivery network, has consolidated most of its operations into a single location at 110 Free Street in Portland. The purchase of the 80,000 square-foot office building allows the system to create opportunities for greater collaboration, increase efficiency and save money on office space by fixing costs for the next 20 years. Previously, MaineHealth rented multiple offices throughout Portland.
In addition to MaineHealth administrative staff, the 110 Free Street building will house Synernet, the Maine PHO and the Center for Tobacco Independence.
Visitor parking for the building is at the Free Street/Spring Street Parking Garage. MaineHealth's new address is 110 Free St., Portland, ME, 04101 and the phone number is 207-661-7001.
