About Us

                               We're Better Together
In 2007, the trustees of Miles Memorial Hospital in Damariscotta and LincolnHealth – St. Andrews Campus & Healthcare Center in Boothbay Harbor voted to create LincolnHealth, a new parent company for both organizations. Under this arrangement, both hospitals shared a single board of trustees and a unified management team.

As of October 1, 2013, both hospitals merged to form a single hospital with two campuses: LincolnHealth. Under the umbrella of LincolnHealth, LincolnHealth provides high-quality care from providers you know and trust.
Through this unique arrangement our organizations can provide the highest quality services in the most efficent way possible.  We believe that by working together we can best serve our communities.

Our Mission

"To Ensure Access to High-Quality, Patient-Centered, and Affordable Care."

 Our Vision

Thanks to your participation, we’ve compiled many hours of discussion, questions, ideas, and suggestions
to create a new vision:

Working together so our communities are the healthiest in America, Lincoln County Healthcare will ensure a trusted environment of health and wellness...
- where the community first seeks care and services, and
- where employees want to work and providers want to practice.
