This free program is available to all MaineHealth employees and their spouses/partners.

Tune into your natural instincts to manage your eating in a mindful, healthy way – without restrictive diets or obsessing over every bite. In eight weeks, this program will transform the way you think about food.

What will I learn in this program?

Your trained facilitator will help you:

  • Use hunger and satiety to guide your eating
  • Eat the foods you love without overeating or guilt
  • Balance eating for nourishment with eating for enjoyment
  • Resolve mindless and emotional eating
  • Care for your body, mind, heart, and spirit.

What is the In-person meeting format?

Groups will range in size from 6 to 14 people. All eight interactive and engaging workshops are 60 minutes long and held once a week. Some reading is required.
