Childbirth Education Classes Located in four regions, these classes are a great way to prepare for birth and meet other moms or moms-to-be. Click below for information including location, times and costs. MaineHealth employees receive 20 percent off all classes. Also, all classes for which there is a fee are eligible for WOW! Rebates .

Learning Resource Centers See what's happening at the Falmouth, Scarborough or two Portland based resource centers. Stephens Memorial resource center can be reached directly by clicking here. Smoking Cessation & Pregnancy If you are pregnant and smoke or use tobacco one of the best ways you can improve your health and the health of your baby is to quit. Getting help improves your chances of successfully quitting. Tobacco counseling is available for all MaineHealth system employees and their dependents at no cost at MaineHealth-based member organizations offering tobacco treatment services.
