Smoking Cessation & Pregnancy
If you are pregnant and smoke or use tobacco one of the best ways you can improve your health and the health of your baby is to quit. Getting help improves your chances of successfully quitting. Tobacco counseling is available for all MaineHealth system employees and their dependents at no cost at MaineHealth-based member organizations offering tobacco treatment services.
