Volunteers - The Heart and Spirit of Giving
Volunteers are the heart and spirit of giving at MaineHealth Care at Home and their contributions are immeasurable. We understand that volunteers have a range of skills and interests so opportunities can be customized to meet individual needs and availability. Volunteer opportunities include, but are not limited to home visiting, companionship, office support, and greeting patients at our community clinics. The Sussman House, located on the Pen Bay Campus in Rockland, support volunteers welcome families and visitors, bake, cook, garden, provide clerical support, answer the phone, and help with special events. Orientation, coordination and support are offered by MaineHealth Care at Home.
