The Medical Staff Office manages the application for privileges and the credentialing of all physicians, dentists, podiatrists, and allied health professionals in compliance with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services and The Joint Commission Standards.
We are located on the first floor of the hospital. Our office hours are Monday thru Friday, 7 am to 3 pm.
